We combine our treatment and practical modalities together to create a treatment plan collaboratively with you that is best suited for you, your recovery and one that aligns with your values and beliefs
All modalities within our Practical Modalities are facilitated by our qualified and experienced clinicians

Nutrition Plans and Nutrition Therapy
With Personalised Nutrition Plans You Will:
- Have a skype call with our certified nutritionist to understand your situation, goals, nutritional needs needs, health concerns ect
- Come away with a meal plan with different options that allow for variety (~3 options per meal/snack)
- Be given information on portion sizes

With Nutrition Therapy You Will:
Work together with our certified nutritionist to unpack any beliefs that you hold, to debunk any fears that you have around food, while giving you support and goals to help you progress forward
Fitness Plans And Training Sessions
With Personalised Fitness Plans you will:
- Have a skype call with our personal trainer to understand your situation, access to equipment, goals, fitness needs, health concerns ect
- Discussion of what a potential fitness plan may look like for you
- Have a fitness plan created for you (this will be off the call)
- Have your fitness plan sent to you as a PDF

With 1 on 1 Training Sessions You Will:
· Have an in person or skype session where you are you through your programme
· Be given cues throughout the workout for correct form as needed
· Answer any questions that you might have around the session/exercises that you were taken through

Debrief the process afterwards and make a plan for the remainder of the day.


Meal and Snack Support
With Meal and Snack Support We Help You To:

· Stay accountable to your agreed nutrition plan.
· Portion appropriately.
· Normalise meal times.
· Create variety in your food choices.
· Work through food rules
· Challenge food fears and anxieties
· Stay on track with your recovery goals.
· Make eating enjoyable in the company of someone, rather than doing it alone.
Grocery Shopping Support
Shopping for food can be overwhelming for anyone but especially for someone who has a difficult relationship with food. As a coach, I can help you through the experience without your eating disorder self taking over
With grocery shopping support we support you to:
- Purchase the appropriate amounts of food items, in line with your meal plan
- Not focus on the nutrition panel or "buzz words" on packages
- Work through any thoughts or feelings that come up, and support you to keep your Healthy Self in the driver's seat


At Home Cooking Support
With At-Home Cooking Support we will support you to:
· Prepare food in a way that is easy and fun
· Portion your meal in according to your meal plan
· Break the cycle of eating disorder rituals that play out at home.
· Have someone help you pay attention to urges and food rules while you eat.
· Clean up and put any remaining food away

Clothes Shopping Support
Clothes shopping can be difficult for anyone but especially for someone with an eating disorder or a difficult relationship with their body
With clothes shopping session we will support you to:
· Stay on track for the goal of the clothes shopping session
· Stay on track working towards your recovery goals
· Support you through any emotions and thoughts that may come up throughout the shopping experience
· Not engage in any behaviours that you might have around putting on clothes
· Work through clothes shopping fears
· Help to keep your Healthy Self in charge
