Throughout your time in individual therapy we will not only focus on this initial area(s), you are in the drivers seat when it comes to individual therapy and the area that you feel needs the most attention in your life at that moment may change week to week, our clinicians are here to walk alongside you in your journey whatever that may look like week to week
