Who We Help and How
Our programs meet you where you are, because recovery looks different for everyone.
That’s why we offer multiple paths — individual and group support, therapy, and self-paced programs — to help you build strength, hope, and a new future at every stage of your journey.

People In The Beginning Of Their Eating Disorder Recovery Journey
Recovery is a hard process, and likely one of the hardest challenges you will face.
It can feel like a never ending up hill battle at times with no end in sight.
We've been there too, got to the other side and now all our clinicians have had specialist training to be able to help you make the recovery process go a lot smoother in a safe and effective way.

People In Later Stages Of Their Eating Disorder Recovery Journey
Recovery doesn’t stop when the use of behaviours diminish and thoughts start changing—it’s a long journey of growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
We've been there too.
We know what it’s like to step into life after initial treatment, how the confusion, fear and isolation can feel overwhelming.
We have specialist training in long term recovery and we’re here to help you build a future where your eating disorder no longer defines you
