Individual Therapy

Are you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of how to navigate supporting your loved one through their eating disorder recovery?

Individual therapy is a space created just for you - because your wellbeing matters too.

Caring for someone with an eating disorder can bring up a wave of complex emotions — fear, grief, guilt, helplessness, and love all at once. In our individual therapy sessions, we'll gently work through what you're experiencing, help you process the emotional weight of your caregiving role, and support you in rebuilding a sense of steadiness and confidence within yourself. Alongside tending to your own needs, you'll also gain compassionate tools and strategies to help you support your loved one with greater clarity and confidence throughout their recovery journey.

Individual therapy is perfect for you if:

  • You are feeling emotionally overwhelmed and need a safe space to process your own experience

  • You are struggling with feelings of guilt, fear, or uncertainty about how to help your loved one

  • You are finding it difficult to set boundaries or manage your own wellbeing while caring for someone else

  • You want to feel more equipped and confident in supporting your loved one through recovery

In Individual Therapy You Will Receive:

  • A personalised approach tailored to your unique situation and emotional needs

  • Compassionate tools and strategies to support both yourself and your loved one

  • A safe, nurturing space to be honest, vulnerable, and truly supported

Group Therapy

Are you feeling alone in your experience of supporting a loved one through an eating disorder - longing to be truly understood by people who just get it?

Group therapy is a space where you don't have to explain yourself, because everyone in the room already knows.

Caring for someone with an eating disorder can be an isolating experience. It can feel like no one around you truly understands the complexity of what you're going through - the worry, the heartache, the moments of not knowing what to do or say.

Our caregiver group therapy sessions offer a warm, supportive space to share your experiences, feel genuinely heard, and build real connection with others walking a similar path. Alongside the healing that comes from community, you'll also gently learn tools and strategies to support your loved one with greater confidence throughout their recovery journey.

Group therapy is perfect for you if:

  • You are feeling isolated and craving connection with others who truly understand your experience

  • You want a safe and supportive space to share openly without fear of judgement

  • You are looking for community and belonging alongside your own healing

  • You want to learn how to better support your loved one while being supported yourself

In Group Therapy You Will Receive:

  • Fortnightly group therapy sessions with your clinician

  • A warm and welcoming community of caregivers who understand your journey

  • A safe group space to share, connect, and feel less alone

  • Compassionate tools and strategies to support both yourself and your loved one
