Individual Supervision

Working with eating disorders is some of the most complex and rewarding clinical work there is — and having the right support behind you makes all the difference in the quality of care you can offer your clients.

Whether you're newer to eating disorder work and building your foundational skills, or you're an experienced clinician looking for specialist guidance to deepen your practice, individual supervision offers a dedicated space to grow, reflect, and sharpen your clinical expertise. Together, we'll work through the complexities of your cases, strengthen your assessment and treatment skills, and build your confidence in navigating even the most challenging presentations. Because investing in your professional development isn't just good for you — it's transformative for the clients in your care.

Individual supervision is a great fit for you if:

  • You are working with eating disorder clients and want specialist clinical guidance to strengthen your practice

  • You are navigating complex cases and want a collaborative space to think them through with an experienced clinician

  • You want to deepen your knowledge of eating disorder assessment, treatment, and evidence-based approaches

  • You are building your confidence in this area of work and want structured, expert support to do so

  • You are committed to growing as a clinician and providing the highest standard of care for your clients

In individual supervision you will receive:

  • Specialist case consultation and clinical guidance tailored to eating disorder presentations

  • A collaborative space to build and refine your clinical skills and frameworks

  • Evidence-informed tools and approaches you can apply directly in your work with clients

  • Support in navigating complex or uncertain clinical situations with greater clarity and confidence

  • A professional relationship with a clinician invested in your growth and development

Consultation Services

Sometimes a case calls for a specialist perspective, and having access to expert input at the right moment can make a real difference to your clinical decision-making and your client's care.

Our consultation services are available for clinicians and allied health professionals seeking focused, expert support around eating disorder presentations without the ongoing commitment of regular supervision. Whether you're working through a complex clinical picture, wanting guidance on treatment planning, or navigating a situation that sits outside your usual scope of practice, consultation offers a practical, collaborative space to think it through and walk away with clear direction. No question is too niche, and no presentation too complex — we're here to help you feel informed, confident, and ready to take your next clinical step.

Consultation may be right for you if:

  • You have a specific case or clinical question you'd like specialist input on

  • You are working with a client presenting with disordered eating and want guidance on assessment or treatment approach

  • You want support with treatment planning or navigating a complex clinical presentation

  • You are not currently seeking ongoing supervision but need expert guidance on an as-needed basis

  • You want to strengthen your clinical decision-making and feel more equipped in your practice

In a consultation session you can expect:

  • Specialist knowledge and evidence based perspective on eating disorder presentations

  • Practical, clear guidance tailored to your specific clinical question or situation

  • Support with assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making

  • Collaborative, honest input that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence
