Hi, I’m Sophie — a qualified therapist, nutritionist, fitness trainer, and fully recovered eating disorder recovery coach. I’m also the creator of Transformed Therapy New Zealand.
I specialise in helping people rebuild their relationship with food and their bodies using a blend of therapy, nutrition and movement support, nervous-system regulation, and lived experience.
I created this guide because it’s exactly what I wish I had during my own recovery: something clear, gentle, practical, and grounded in compassion — not rules.
