Given the significant time and effort the Coaches invests in the Program, please note that all Coaching services and packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable by the Client.

If the Client should decide to not continue with any outstanding sessions, full payment will still be required for the terms as set out in this Agreement. Regardless of if the client participates or chooses not to continue, they are legally liable to make all payments. If a payment plan is chosen, the partial payments are split over 6 months. The payments are not for each month/week that have been participated in, these are partial payments for the ENTIRE service/program.
