On receiving your payment:
You will be sent a PDF file in your invoice which will tell give you information on what you need to do next as well as a link to the form that you will need to fill out at least 24 hours before your call

Upon execution of this Purchase, Client agrees to pay to the Company the full purchase amount.
By accepting this the client understands that this is a program given the significant time and effort the Coaches invests in the Program, please note that all Coaching services and packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable by the Client. If the Client should decide to not continue with any outstanding sessions, full payment will still be required for the terms as set out in this Agreement.
Regardless of if the client participates or chooses not to continue, they are legally liable to make all payments.

Fees apply to late cancellations and missed appointments.
We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be seen as no show and the session will be deducted from available follow-up session provided as part of the program. Please note that cancellation time frames exclude weekend days.
Late cancellation/missed appointment give recognition to the time clinicians have put aside for the appointment and time they have spent preparing for the appointment. They also recognize clients on a wait list, who have insufficient time to re-arrange their schedules to attend a short-notice appointment.
