This deposit is to hold your place in the limited spaces we have available for access to the program modules so it is non-refundable
We will send you a link with the option to either pay in full or subscription payments with the dospit taken off the remaining cost
On receiving this payment:
You will be sent a file with your welcome pack
On receiving your forms pack:
Once we have received the completed forms pack then you will be granted access to The TRANSFORM Program
Deposit - The Transform Program Modules
Upon execution of this Purchase, Client agrees to pay to the Company the full purchase amount.
By accepting this the client understands that this is a program which requires a commitment to the minimum term of 1 year. Given the significant time and effort the Coaches invests in the Program, please note that all Coaching services and packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable by the Client.
If the Client should decide to not continue with any outstanding sessions, full payment will still be required for the terms as set out in this Agreement. Regardless of if the client participates or chooses not to continue, they are legally liable to make all payments. If a payment plan is chosen, the partial payments are split over 6 months. The payments are not for each month/week that have been participated in, these are partial payments for the ENTIRE service/program.
