Choose this option if you would like to put down a deposit for our third year long coaching package
Please note:
This deposit is to hold your place in the program so it is non-refundable
Signing onto the program (either through pay in full or payment plan) will need to happen before coaching starts, this deposit will not be seen as a first instalment for the payment plan
When you do sign onto the program:
Through a payment plan, this deposit will be seen as your payment for the last month of the program (this is so there is a commitment from the client throughout the program so they get the best results in their recovery)
OR
If you pay for the program in full, this money will be refunded back to you when it has been deposited into my account (which can take 1 to 3 business days)
On receiving this payment:
You will be sent a file with your welcome pack
On receiving your first payment (pay in full or 6 month payment plan):
Once we have received the completed forms pack then we will schedule a 45 minute kick-Off call with you so we can set out some clear goals for your journey
Deposit - Coaching Package 3
Upon execution of this Purchase, Client agrees to pay to the Company the full purchase amount.
By accepting this the client understands that this is a program which requires a commitment to the minimum term of 1 year. Given the significant time and effort the Coaches invests in the Program, please note that all Coaching services and packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable by the Client.
If the Client should decide to not continue with any outstanding sessions, full payment will still be required for the terms as set out in this Agreement. Regardless of if the client participates or chooses not to continue, they are legally liable to make all payments. If a payment plan is chosen, the partial payments are split over 6 months. The payments are not for each month/week that have been participated in, these are partial payments for the ENTIRE service/program.
